I offer individual therapy sessions for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Sessions are typically 45 - 56 minutes long, but I may adjust the duration based on your needs and circumstances.

Yes. I am a participating provider with Anthem, Cigna and United Health Care. If I am out of network with your plan, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

First, thank you for considering starting your journey with As a Ray of Hope. The process goes as followed:

• You: Initiate the intake conversation via phone or email
• You: Complete your client forms and assessments via secure portal
• We: Verify insurance benefits (if applicable)
• We: Schedule your first in-person session

After the initial session, clients can book telehealth and in-person sessions via the secure portal.
